A personal ritual for letting go.
The river Gjöll, described in Scandinavian mythology, serves as an inspiration for a ritual, that aids in letting go of painful memories. The memory is written down, folded up and released. When the water is touched, the shape disappears and is slowly absorbed by the river. Gjöll took place at Park Strijthagen, close to the town of Landgraaf, a significant place for the designer.
